Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
MasterAgent is a personal-use assistant operated for its owner. This policy describes how the application handles data from connected Google accounts.
Google data accessed
After the account owner grants permission, MasterAgent can read and organize Gmail messages and read Google Calendar lists and events. It can create, update, or delete calendar events and take supported mail actions when requested and approved through the application's controls.
How data is used
Google data is used to answer the owner's requests, synchronize information, prepare private summaries and notifications, and carry out owner-authorized actions. Relevant excerpts may be processed by OpenAI's API to generate assistant responses or classify messages. Selected results or notifications may be delivered to the owner's configured private Slack destination.
Storage and sharing
The application stores synchronized data and operational state on the owner's computer. Its configured AWS services may receive encrypted archives and temporary processing data. Google account credentials are stored in the computer's macOS Keychain. Data is shared with service providers only as needed for these functions; it is not offered to other app users.
Retention and control
Local information is retained according to the owner's application configuration and can be removed by the owner. Cloud archives and temporary data have separate retention settings. The owner can revoke Google access in their Google Account's third-party connections; revocation prevents future access but does not automatically erase previously stored copies. To request deletion of stored copies, contact the application operator at the support address shown on the Google consent screen.
